Castlist And The Custom Group Join Forces

London, UK, 18 June 2008 - The Custom Group & Castlist Ltd today announced that the companies have signed a definitive agreement under which the Custom Group will acquire an stake in Castlist Ltd, a leader in online community creation and events management for the entertainment industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Castlist Ltd, based in London, is a strategic addition to the Custom Groups business. The acquisition will extend both the Custom Group’s online marketing and content creation capabilities and increase the company’s end user client base.
